Release of Liability and Agreement

Winding River Plantation Community Association, Inc. Corral Committee

The Property Owner, while using the Winding River RV/Boat Corral, Marinas, or launch ramp, hereby releases the Board of Directors, committee members, employees, and any other representative of any liability relating to the damage, loss, or theft of the Property Owner’s personal effects in the Winding River Plantation RV/Boat Corral, Marinas or launch ramp areas.

I understand fully that, without exception, the Winding River Plantation Community Association, Inc, is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of any personal property in the Winding River Corral, Marinas, or launch ramp areas. In addition, I have supplied the Property Management Office and/or the Coral Committee (“the Committee”) with an accurate list of all items to be stored, parked or docked and proof of personal ownership as well as information that may be used to contact me or in case of emergency.

The stored items must be marked with a current Winding River Corral decal which will be supplied by the Property Management Office or the Committee upon completion of this form and/or receipt of user fee payment. The decal must be applied according to the guideline supplied by the Committee.
